TORAH-INFORMED CAREER GUIDANCE FOR YUNGELEIT
Find a Parnassah That Fits You
Learn what you are good at, what kind of work suits you, and which options are worth pursuing.
Choose between personal career guidance and a live group workshop.
THE CHALLENGE
Choosing the Right Career
After years devoted to learning, you may not know what work you would be good at, which jobs would suit you, or whether a training program is worth the time and money.
A Rebbe or Rosh Yeshiva can help you decide whether and when to pursue parnassah. A recruiter can help you find a job. A training program can teach you specific skills.
But first, you need to answer one basic question:
What kind of work is right for me?
Torah Career Consulting helps you understand your strengths and find career options that fit you.
For many families, the mesiras nefesh of Kollel continues into the first years of a career. A clear plan can help ensure that those years lead toward a stable career instead of unsuitable jobs and repeated false starts.

Not sure which option is right for you?
Hashem Made Each Person Differently
“One who finds his nature and personality attracted to a certain occupation, and his body is suited for it…should pursue it, and make it his means of earning a livelihood.”
— Chovos Halevavos, Shaar HaBitachon, Chapter 3
Choosing a parnassah begins with understanding how Hashem made you. There may be several good options, but the same career will not suit everyone.
